    The artistic journey: how an everyday photo can unfold into a finished artwork. Here are two examples:

    First the source, the blooming jacaranda sky and the upward sprawl of a carob tree.
    Then the result: layered, framed, and alive as part of the COAST of LIGHT collection.

    It’s always about seeing differently: catching a detail, playing around with it, and letting it grow into something new.

    El viaje artístico: cómo una foto cotidiana puede transformarse en una obra terminada. Aquí tienes dos ejemplos:

    Primero la fuente: el cielo violeta de la jacaranda en flor y la silueta ascendente de un algarrobo.
    Después el resultado: capas digitales, enmarcado, y con vida propia como parte de la colección COAST of LIGHT.

    Siempre se trata de mirar de otra manera: captar un detalle, jugar con él y dejar que crezca en algo nuevo.

    Sometimes beauty hides in the overlooked, the cracks of an old wall, the underside of a tree, the quiet repetition of leaves. These patterns and textures are where many of my works begin.

    Today’s walk to work brought me more fragments to collect. Small reminders that art often starts with noticing.

    A veces la belleza se esconde en lo que no miramos: las grietas de un muro, la copa de un árbol desde abajo, la repetición callada de las hojas. De ahí nacen muchas de mis obras.

    En mi paseo al trabajo de hoy encontré nuevos fragmentos que guardar, pequeños recordatorios de que el arte empieza con observar.
